3. Ticket Purchases
Tickets may be purchased online or at our cinema box office.
All ticket purchases are subject to seat availability.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected movie, date, time, and seat details are correct before completing payment.
A booking confirmation serves as proof of purchase and must be presented upon entry.

4. Pricing
Ticket prices are displayed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
Tickets purchased are generally non-refundable.
Exchanges may be permitted at management’s discretion before the scheduled showtime, subject to availability.
If a screening is cancelled or significantly interrupted by Century Cinemax, customers may be offered an alternative screening or a refund.
Convenience fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.

6. Admission Policy

Century Cinemax reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who:

Behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner.
Appears intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances.
Fails to comply with cinema rules or staff instructions.
Attempts to enter a screening without a valid ticket.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

7. Age Restrictions

Certain films are subject to age classifications. Customers must comply with all applicable film rating requirements. Proof of age may be requested before admission.

8. Food & Beverages

Only food and beverages purchased from Century Cinemax may be consumed inside the cinema unless otherwise permitted by management.

9. Cinema Etiquette

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests:

• Mobile phones should be switched to silent mode.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the cinema premises.
• Guests should respect fellow patrons and cinema staff.

10. Late Arrivals

Late admission may be restricted depending on the movie and screening conditions. Century Cinemax reserves the right to determine whether late entry is permitted.

11. Private Cinema Hire

Private cinema bookings require advance reservation and confirmation.
